My name is Mike George. I am the sole director of Carter George Ltd and my company owns this site and the domain name, as well as a few other sites and domains, including codforum.org.uk, courierhandbooks.co.uk and vanhaul.com. Courierology may include reciprocal links to these other sites.

contacting me

Any user of this site can contact me by email, and I will respond to all contacts within a reasonable time. This would usually be within a couple of days, but may be up to a few weeks if I am away from home.

I cannot answer questions or give advice by email about the courier business in general, and I reserve the right to ignore any correspondence which contains personal abuse or offensive language.

free access and use

Courierology is completely free to use with no membership required. The core content will always be free to view, but I may introduce charges and/or membership requirements in the future for premium content or services.

advertising policy and independence

This site generates income from advertising. This includes pay-per-click ads (such as Google ads), paid advertising space and affiliate/referral schemes. I try to ensure that all advertisers are genuine and, where appropriate, follow this site's 'supplier guidelines'.

The content of the site is not dictated by commercial interests, but I may use Courierology pages to promote particular products or services from which I will obtain some income. Any such articles will be clearly identified using terms such as 'featured product' or 'advertising feature'.

The Courierology site is currently not fully accessible, but I believe all the main content is accessible to users with visual impairments or using aural browsers or screen readers.
